The Center for Collective Action is committed to empowering communities to address contextual social challenges through innovative, community-based programming that fosters transparency, accountability, inclusion, and participation.

We promote Umunthu, local development ownership, responsibility, and accountability, while facilitating dialogue amongst local, religious, civic, and traditional leaders.

We strive to create an inclusive environment that values diversity and recognizes the contributions of all members of society.

Our Mission

To empower communities to address contextual social challenges through community-based programming that fosters transparency, accountability, inclusion, and participation.
 
We strive to mobilize community members to participate in governance, accountability, transparency, and public finance, while promoting Umunthu, local development ownership, responsibility, and accountability.

Our aligns to facilitate dialogue amongst local, religious, civic, political and traditional leaders and promote the inclusion of minority and vulnerable groups in social development initiatives.

Our Vision

The Center for Collective Action envisions a society where communities are empowered to address contextual social challenges and are actively engaged in the decision-making processes that affect their lives.

We envision a future where there is transparency, accountability, inclusion, and participation in developmental initiatives, with the incorporation of social enablers within the context of the community.
